The 2nd edition of the housing, building materials, decoration and engineering consultancy exhibition, Decobuild 2018 launched its activities today (Wednesday). The exhibition, which is being organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), includes the participation of 52 specialized entities from the public and private sectors that are showcasing the latest developments in the construction, architecture and design sectors.
Decobuild, which will be held for 3 days at the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hall in Al Warqa 4 in Dubai, is considered to be an annual platform that aims to provide all of the precise housing components to citizens who are seeking to build their own residential and commercial projects, which includes state-of-the-art engineering designs, contracting services, building materials, public and private financial services, interior finishes and furniture, and landscaping.
The exhibition was inaugurated by HE Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment; and Ali Ibrahim, Deputy Director-General of Department of Economic Development; as well as a number of officials from government bodies and institutions that are sponsoring the event. The officials toured the exhibition and reviewed its pavilions and platforms, where they met with a number of representatives of the participating institutions, and heard their explanations on the latest materials, solutions, and systems that are showcased in this edition of Decobuild.
HE Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, praised Decobuild’s success in attracting new exhibitors and a large number of companies that are considered leaders in the fields of building materials, decorations, interior finishes and furniture, as well as various other fields related to the construction and real estate sectors, in addition to banks, property finance companies, and enterprises that operate in other related fields.
The new edition of the exhibition was organized partly due to the establishment’s keenness to keep pace with the country’s great efforts in various developmental fields that aim to enhance the happiness of citizens and residents, which helps to translate the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, in terms of developing the country’s integrated housing system for the benefit of the country’s citizens and providing them with the necessities of modern life.
The new edition of Decobuild offers visitors the ability to meet the needs of their real estate projects, and to benefit from competitive offers and prices that help to reduce construction costs and that are in accordance with the highest approved standards of quality in the country.
