Criteo Acquires Manage.com – Strengthening its Mobile Marketing Solutions

Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO), the advertising platform for the open Internet, today announced it has acquired Manage.com. Criteo is adding Manage.com and its customer acquisition mobile app solution to complement its existing app business and further strengthen its end-to-end advertising solution, addressing the entire consumer journey from awareness and consideration to conversion.

Manage.com’s performance-based in-app advertising solution helps advertisers acquire and engage customers. Manage.com serves advertiser clients in multiple verticals including retail, travel, gaming, finance and app-first businesses such as food delivery and ride-sharing.

Manage.com was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Mountain View, California.  Manage.com teams will be integrated into Criteo with immediate effect.
